Our Team

The People Behind the Room

Next IT Security was built by Swedish-born Founder and CEO Goran Kandić, and is run by a team who understand what it takes to get senior security leaders into a room together — and keep the conversation worth their time.

That team is organised around three disciplines, each responsible for a different part of what makes an edition work.

Production shapes the program itself — engaging speakers, shaping the agenda around the issues actually keeping CISOs up at night, and making sure every session earns its place on the day.

Corporate Partnerships builds the bridge between our partners and our delegates, creating the right opportunities for meaningful engagement without turning the room into a trade show floor.

Delegate Partnerships owns the experience end to end — from the first invitation through to the day itself, ensuring every delegate’s time is spent well, in the right conversations, with the right people.

Together, it’s a structure built for one outcome: a room where the people setting cybersecurity strategy across Europe actually want to be.
