This website is published by Grand IT Security, trading as Next IT Security. The information on it is provided for general information about our events and about the subjects they cover. Details of the company are in our Legal Notice; the terms on which you may use the site are in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this website, and nothing said at our events, is professional advice. Articles, agendas, session descriptions, presentations and discussions about security, regulation — including NIS2 and DORA — governance, procurement or technology are general commentary. They are not legal, regulatory, financial, insurance or technical advice, and they are not a substitute for advice on your own situation from someone who is answerable for it.

Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything published here without taking advice suited to your own circumstances. We accept no liability for anything done or not done in reliance on it.

3. Speakers, contributors and their views

Speakers, moderators, panellists and guest authors express their own views. Those views are not the views of Grand IT Security, of the organisations the speakers work for, or of our partners. A speaking slot is not an endorsement of a person, a product or an employer, in either direction.

4. Partners, sponsors and logos

Logos and names shown on this site identify organisations that have taken part in an edition as partners, sponsors or exhibitors. Their appearance is not an endorsement by us of their products or services, and not an endorsement by them of ours. Product claims made by a partner are the partner’s own.

5. Programmes, speakers and dates

Agendas, speakers, session times, venues and prices are announced in advance and can change. We publish what is confirmed at the time of publication and update the site as things change, but we do not guarantee that every page is current at the moment you read it. What governs a purchase is set out in our Terms and Conditions, and the position if an edition is changed, postponed or cancelled is in section 7 of those terms.

Where a page on this site and an announcement sent directly to confirmed delegates or partners disagree, the announcement is the one to rely on.

6. Third-party websites

We link to websites we do not control. We check a link when we publish it, but we are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of any site we do not run. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the other site’s own terms and privacy policy apply there.

7. Availability of the site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and free of malicious code, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The text, images, video, logos and design of this site belong to Grand IT Security or to those who licensed them to us. Speakers keep the rights in their own material. Short extracts may be quoted with attribution; commercial reproduction requires our written permission.

9. External claims and reported figures

Figures we publish about our audience, our editions and our history are drawn from our own records at the date shown next to them. Market data, research findings and third-party statistics quoted on this site or at our events belong to the organisations that produced them, and we do not verify them independently.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content, including indirect and consequential loss. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects the rights a consumer has by law.
